At the moment, when the user selects a resource in the Negotiation page, and this resource is in status "ACCESS_CONDITIONS_MET", the shown message for both researcher and representative is that no possible status can be selected and to wait for the counterpart.
Desired functionality acceptance criteria
We could differentiate the message in this case, informing the user that, as the access condition have been met, no further interaction will be done for the resource by the counterparts.
