The communication supports 1:n (Everyone) and 1:1 (Selected Collection) at the moment.
Add the option to only support 1:1 communications, and not show the possibility to communicate with everyone.
Desired functionality acceptance criteria
When communicating the Biobank can only communicate with the Requestor directly, and no communications with other Biobanks are shown or allowed.
