Order of request thumbnails/previews on LHS of screen - can we add the option to order by request sent and unread messages/status?
The little orange notifications of where the unread messages are are good for indicating that there are unread messages(!) but may be distracting from the “indicate status” aspect... Could we add a notification for that too?
Did we agree to always make request status the first one there?
Can you add more padding under the request status box? So it isn’t lost at the bottom.
