Brief description. Add support for networks.

Desired functionality acceptance criteria Has the following attributes:

[ ] URI/That resolves to a link
[ ] Name
[ ] External id
[ ] Contact email
[ ] Set<Person> managers
[ ] Set<Organization> members;
