Module for WSI

We need to create a module for WSI as addition to FairGenomes.

• [ ] Create a schema for WSI data (what metadata we have, or want to collect)
• [ ] Connect with Petr Holub and Rudolf Nenutil to figure out the schema
• [ ] Connect with FairGenomes people on how to create the schema
• [ ] Create the schema in our catalogue

info from MUDr. Nenutil: there is at least 3 types of WSI metadata:

• clinical - we already have them from HIS export (diagnosis, age...)
• technical about scanning - machine, resolution, formats (can be retrieved from Mirax files - SC)
• technical about the WSI creation - colour type (in file name) etc.
