Fixed various aps3 issues. Added aps3 CW generator emulation mode #499

Added APS3generator, where APS3 channel can be configured as a CW generator.

Fixed issue with APS3 dac channels not reconfiguring properly when one channel is in the sequence but the second channel is missing. The previous version was causing the module to fire both channels even when one channel is missing and still had a sequence saved from a previous experiment!

Fixed VNA error in acquired data format
