Composite pulse to echo (most) of the effect of measurement-induced
shift on another qubit. Also useful to decouple ZZ interaction. The
echoing pi pulses are centered on the combination of MEAS+delay. A typical example is to preserve data qubits while measuring the ancilla. Note that the position of the pi pulse may need to be optimized.
Not sure if this deserves the status of evergreen pulse (maybe not a pulse primitive), but it's proving to be very useful.
