Auto-load AWG channel offsets after mixer calibration #10

It would be great if this were automatically rather than having to manually copy these values into the appropriate field.

Fixed with file watcher on TimeDomain.json

Hmmm... this works from pulse calibration but not yet mixer calibration. We need to revamp the configuration files to call mixer calibration on logical channels as the current mixer config files are a little too close to the hardware.
