[ ] Bare minimum implementation of Bayesian Network in PyTorch.
[ ] Read the paper completely, so that we get the full idea of understanding and intuition.
[ ] Better if we get introduced to Sequential Decision making scenario and Reinforcement Learning [PS: @BBloggsbott is good in Reinforcement Learning].
