Items in inventory randomly disappearing

Issue Description: Players on a server I set up for this pack are occasionally having items disappear from their inventories. They are still there, but are not rendering in the inventory until a chest is accessed. I removed InvTweaks to see if that was the issue, as I have had a similar issue with that mod before with auto-refill on. It still occurs.

Some sort of desync I guess, but I have not experienced it myself.

I have the same issue. I can reproduce it with a quartz square planter form plant mega pack. Try it to put some flowers in it and they disappear, even in inventory, until open some kind chest item. Sometimes crashes the game.
