No Outline for unknown reason #120

In this project https://github.com/BBj-Plugins/RestBridge

the folowing files show no outline, for unknown reasons:

RestBridge.bbj RestBCAdapter.bbj OutputHandler.bbj

However, InputHandler.bbj is fine.

What is the reason?

also, in the same git repo, the ExampleBCs subfolder files have the same issue

@StephanWald There were several different error cases (missing verbs etc.) the most critical are fixed now. I opened #121 and #122 to track outstanding issues.
