work on add packages screen and confirm pickup screen

all tests pass on my computer this pull requests adds these features:

• you can upload an image of a label in the add packages screen and it will show in the table
• more pickup and billing information is displayed in the confirmation screen
• the pickup view model shared between screens in the "schedule a return" process now passes pickup information to the confirmation screen
