Ml on Drone picture #63

Ben gave Charles the task of working on this. Before, the drone images would be ignored by our machine learning algo since the size of the images did not match.

Fixed this issue. i cropped the image and made adjustments to how the images are preped and processed. Now it will make a prediction on pictures taken by the drone.

When i print the pictures and the images, it shows up weird. kind of like static on an old tv. but the predictions on our base picture(from casava dataset) shows that it is still working correctly. When the base image was orginally predicted it was labeled with brown streak disease with 41% confidence. and when it was processed using our new format, it was labeled with brown streak disease with 40% confidence. The drone picture was labeled to have mosaic disease with 80% confidence which i find weird. i think this is because the image is not of an individual leaf and instead a whole plant. either that, or bens plant is severely diseased.
