Dear author These is a 500 error when I use Starkiller in Windows What's wrong?I have already launched empire --rest

There is not enough information here to help you. What version of empire are you running? Was there a message in the response from Empire? What endpoint was the error from? Please use the issue template and reopen if you are still having the issue.
