Add HQ sound effects and dialogues from the Freelancer Beta #101

The Freelancer Beta came with audio files which have a bitrate of 320 kbps. This is considerably higher than 64 kbps, which is the bitrate of most audio files in the officially released Freelancer.

Unfortunately there seem to be inconsistencies in the audio files in terms of volume and duration. Therefore, only the ones that sound exactly the same as the officially released Freelancer counterparts should be used in HDE. Preferably, we only want to make minor adjustments to the audio files if necessary.
