Update Flat UI icons #121

DAVENAT0R released an update to their original Flat Icons pack which is included in HDE. https://www.moddb.com/games/freelancer/addons/flat-ui-icons-v2

The updated version should be integrated since it contains some improvements over the first version of the Flat Icons.

[x] Check for any unedited/unchanged files in the new version
[x] Make minor adjustments if necessary
[x] Replace all files
[x] Update the installer code if additional icon files have been added
[x] Make sure the installer code works
[x] Test icons in-game
