Fix solar plant LOD1 - credits to Thaddeus #137

space_solar_plant has a broken LOD1 panel. Since FLHDE increases the LOD range a lot this should be very well visible. With permission of Thaddeus I provide a fixed variant.

Fixed by Thaddeus. Normals are correct now: image image Test please to make sure, but should be right.
