Consider updating FL's default gamma ranges #162

The higher gamma settings (1.75 - 2.00) are often so high that nobody actually uses them. Also since some players like the darker setting more, it might be a good idea to change FL's default gamma range to 0.75 - 1.75.

B8 89 5C -> F8 EB 5D | freelancer.exe | 0244F7 | BC46 | Gamma ranges from 0.75 to 1.75, not 1.0 to 2.0.

Some feedback I got from FLSR: The darker gamma apparently made people think we had some new lighting stuff involvd that makes everything look better. Which was not really the truth.
