Freelancer: HD Edition is a mod that aims to improve every aspect of the game Freelancer (2003) while keeping the look and feel as close to vanilla as possible.
This PR adds a new material used by the 3 default Dyson City models (I changed their material reference respectively to the new, hence why the models were added). This material uses a new texture that adds the blue glow to the dyson models.
