No Engine Trails #65

There are still no engine trails for SP Ships. This has been moded previously, working on a pull request for review, so you own ship has engine contrails too :-)

Hi, first of all thank you for wanting to contribute to the mod, I really appreciate that. Unfortunately this issue is a duplicate of #46, which has already been assigned to another user. If you'd like to add something to the mod, please let us know first in the Discord server to prevent misunderstandings.
