Freelancer: HD Edition is a mod that aims to improve every aspect of the game Freelancer (2003) while keeping the look and feel as close to vanilla as possible.
Took the HQ music files under AUDIO\MUSIC and compressed them to 320kbps via LAME MP3 v1.3 encoder. Repacked the MP3 into WAV using the mpa2wav tool. Tested in-game and they play.
