compare_new_lib.R, which extends go.R to take only one database file gave this error:

Detecting mass traces at 25 ppm ... OK
Detecting chromatographic peaks in 23861 regions of interest ... OK: 3830 found.

Error in data.frame(spectrum_name = spectra@backend@spectraData@rownames,  : 
  no slot of name "backend" for this object of class "MSpectra"
