BCCDC-PHL/FluViewer v0.1.11-4 has been released. It adds the ability to skip bbnorm-based depth normalization in FluViewer itself. If we bump to that version, we can begin the implementing a separate bbnorm step upstream of our fluviewer process in this pipeline.
