Bump FluViewer version (again) #28

We've tagged a new release of BCCDC-PHL/FluViewer, which includes a fix for an issue that causes FluViewer to crash when no contig is found for a segment.

Bump the version in our fluviewer.yaml environment file to v0.1.11-6
