Additional mutations from full mutation report are being excluded from _tbprofiler_resistance.csv file #10

The _tbprofiler_full_report.csv can contain multiple mutiple mutations per antibiotic. The _tbprofiler_resistance.csv file created in split_tbprofiler_csv.py only outputs the first mutation from the full report.
