DOC add "start bluesky session" page? #104

The basic steps to start a bluesky session (activate the bluesky environment, instantiating the RE and cat, register the RE to the databroker etc) should be easily accessible in one place.

Need to differentiate several cases:

start session for Hello world: only need to activate environment and start ipython/jupyter
start session for basic testing without instruments package installed
start session with instruments package
start session for data analysis, no collection

Can explain or link to how to create aliases for bluesky.
