need scan #219 of noisy v motor in training catalog #18

for the plot (x,y) notebook, need scan_id 219 (scan of noisy v m1) in the training catalog

The training catalog is actually a workstation-dependent MongoDB-backed catalog. Need to identify a run from a catalog provided for the class, such as class_data_examples.

Instead, of adding another run, find a similar existing run in the class_data_examples catalog. Scan 86 is the same type of run with the peak in a different position.
