Create a checklist (with links to instructions) of the installation steps.

This short checklist could be added to the new instrument installation instructions:

[ ] run new_bluesky_instrument.py ~/bluesky
[ ] create conda environment
[ ] configure bash with environment variable and alias
[ ] configure IPython profile startup
[ ] create soft link: ln -s ${HOME}/bluesky/blueskyStarter.sh ~/bin/
[ ] Assign a MongoDB catalog (BCDA instructions)
[ ] databroker catalog configuration
[ ] initial configuration of instrument
[ ] start a GitHub repository
