add soft links to caQtDM & MEDM starters #21

The docker container does not provide the same easy access to a MEDM starter script. Need to find it or create one for GP and another for AD.

Docker container provides start for MEDM, not for the detector. The xxx.adl screen has a button for the simDetector but with the gp: PV prefix.

Could modify the xxx.adl screen with a sed command.

Just create the MEDM starter.
