zstd C API versions mismatch #162

Starting to get this error when opening tiled server from gemviz environment (as defined this repo's env.yml file).

Error for server_uri='http://otz.xray.aps.anl.gov:8020': zstd C API versions mismatch; Python bindings were not compiled/linked against expected zstd version (10505 returned by the lib, 10502 hardcoded in zstd headers, 10502 hardcoded in the cext)
