At this moment only a Product Owner and a Technical Lead(s) assigned to a project in the OCP 4 Project Registry can make any changes to the project details such as :
a) update the project name and a description
b) change a Product Owner and/or Technical Lead. Note: the old PO/TL will lose access to the project namespace in Openshift 4 once their name is removed from the project record in the Project Registry.
c) request a resource quota increase for the project
Only new project provisioning requests and resource quota increase requests require the Platform Services Team's approval before being processed. All other changes are applied automatically to the project record in the Project Registry as well as to the project namespaces in Openshift.
