Problem: Platform managed Jenkins image needs to have an automated build/deployment pipeline created.

DoD:

[ ] Jenkins image(s) built on a regular basis in a Lab environment
[ ] Jenkins image(s) pipeline deploy/test through lab->azure->silver->gold clusters
