use mongodb/mongodb-community-server:6.0.6-ubi8 as the base image
mongo binary has been superseded by mongosh a MongoDB Shell
add onDatabaseInit function to create the initial user, password, with roles
General script updates
update getElapsedTimeFromDuration with nanosecond precision
update various utility functions with necessary changes

Zero response from the call for testers. It's been running in our environment for a while now.
