Add iSCSI Data LIFs to Gold DR NetApps

• [x] Double-check provisioning Trident storage does not break after Thursday RFC
• [x] Double-check block storage shows four paths in multipath output during GOLDDR OCP upgrades.

DXC Storage has scheduled the RFC for this Thursday afternoon. Will quickly test ability to create/delete Trident file/block storage post-change.
