Create team responsibility diagram

Describe the issue We need to create a diagram that illustrates the different responsibilities for the enterprise hosting, platform operations, platform services (private cloud), SaaS and Public cloud pathfinder teams.

Additional context This will break out some information from the shared responsibilities diagram, info that was too detailed for the product owner and developer.

Definition of done

• [x] Create diagram structure
• [x] Talk to Olena about the responsibilities
• [x] Talk to Saas and Cloud pathfinder, if needed.
• [ ] Create diagram
• [ ] Revise with Olena and any others as needed
• [ ] Finalize diagram

Created the diagram. Ran into issue with reviewers. Olena will continue on with the diagram in Fall 2022.

It looks like we need to have a workshop for all 4 Cloud Services teams first to better understand the roles and responsibilities of each before we can document it in a digram.
