Describe the issue

One of the main challenges teams have with moving their app to the Gold service is ordering/provisioning Global Server Load Balancing
There is some documentation for ordering GSLB in a few different places. Some of it is good, some is out of date, some is buried in lengthy PDF files that are not easy to find

How does this benefit the users of our platform?

with better documentation, teams will be able to order/provision Global Server Load Balancing easier,

Definition of done

[ ] Create a deck/document that details the end to end journey that someone would have to go through, from ordering to provisioning
[ ] create process map/flow diagram
[ ] Ensure links to forms are most recent versions
