Update sysdig doc

Describe the issue Conversation: hello, i was setting up sysdig monitoring and am following the guide found https://docs.developer.gov.bc.ca/sysdig-monitor-create-alert-channels/#create-a-sysdig-team-notification-channel i've found that when creating the sysdig team notification channel, you must click on the switch to legacy webook link or it'll fail to send a notification to the rocketchat channel

This Custom Webhook is a new feature that they Sysdig team just updated where the documentation you are reading is based on the legacy webhook that exist before. Thanks for bring it up, I will update our documentation!

The usage for the legacy webhook is different from the new webhook. So I will figure out how to use the new webhook with RC, before I update the documentation.
