Describe the issue Currently we have two copies of MISO list for acs-automation job, one in CCM one in ACS enterprise repo. We should just keep one copy and add document on this.

Avneet is Primary assignee

Definition of done

[x] discuss with Nick and Avneet on which is preferred
[ ] resolve issue
[ ] implement change
[ ] create docs

Need to figure out which of these lists is the correct one that drives changes via CCM. The other can be removed.

API is working there is some issue with script.

Need to ensure processes for use is documented so it's clear where updates/changes need to occur.

Step 1 : get familiar with code add a user to acs-lab access scope

step 2: try to run and debug acs-config task

step 3: build image at : https://console.apps.klab.devops.gov.bc.ca/k8s/ns/stackrox/buildconfigs/acs-automation

step 4: test in klab
