Explore managing NSX clusters via CCM #4480

Describe the issue Due to how NSX is integrated into the core of an Openshift installation, a lot of configuration for NSX goes into ansible playbooks ran as a matter of course during the initial build of an Openshift cluster.

Once the cluster is built, we want to embrace using CCM whenever possible, so this ticket will track efforts spent towards setting up a new app in CCM to manage the NSX components of an Openshift cluster.

The scope of this ticket will be to review all components we think would be suitable for such a transition, and then track each component via a separate ticket. Once this due diligence is complete and new tickets are created, this ticket can be then closed.

An organic fit for working on this would be a sprint sometime in 2024 Q4 (after we get through all of the OCP 4.14 upgrade work). Doesn't have to be a lot, just the initial setup and inclusion of 1-2 things will be a boon to ensuring KLAB2/EMERALD are as consistent as we can make them.
