OCP 4.12 2024 Q1 - Upgrade RH integration in KLAB2 and test #4496

Describe the issue Work with AG to upgrade the RH Integration operators in KLAB2 and validate their app supports the new version.

What is the Value/Impact? Ensure a smooth upgrade in EMERALD.

What is the plan? How will this get completed? Find the latest version and release notes from https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_integration/ and https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_amq_streams and review with AG. Update the operators in KLAB2 Verify with AG (Jennifer D and Ryan L) that the upgrade is safe for EMERALD

Have done the upgrades, but holding off on reaching out for follow-up, as I plan on refreshing this in the New Year, then will ask for a follow-up test. Need to find if there's even any actual testing environments setup in KLAB2 or not. There is one in CLAB, but CLAB isn't NSX-driven so something more specific to that environment might get missed.

Closing off this ticket since Integration is currently not a big concern for EMERALD, but there's a renewed interest in seeing this refreshed in SILVER. Will track via creation of a new ticket for that.
