Describe the issue
This PIA outlines services provided through the enterprise-level licensing agreement between the OCIO and Atlassian (including tools such as JIRA Software, Confluence, JIRA Service Management among others) as standard offerings for all ministries across the provincial government. Atlassian Access is also included which is used to provide enterprise level (organization-wide) identity and access management controls.
Additional context
The OCIO’s enterprise-level agreement with Atlassian will encompass the set up and monitoring controls of new licenses, as well as assisting in migration of existing licenses to the Atlassian cloud. The OCIO will additionally provide configuration and maintenance support, as well as privacy and security guidance for all prospective and onboarding clients.
Definition of done
This ticket will be complete when the PIA final copy is signed by the ADM and filed. Work may be mostly complete prior to that final signature, but waiting for signature will take time. There will also be numerous iterations along the way.

[x] Meet with program to determine program area needs
[x] Meet with Privacy Analysts on PIA design
[x] Review previous PIA and incorporate into current PIA template
[x] Complete draft with updated info
[x] Provide draft for internal review and update
[x] Provide updated PIA to Corporate Privacy (CPO) for corporate review
[x] Respond to all comments and concerns from CPO
[x] Submit CPO reviewed copy for sign-off
[ ] Final edits to review for CPO prior to executive sign-off
