Describe the issue Develop internal SLIs, set up SLAs, and define an error budget for the Registry application.

Additional context Collaboration with Service Lead:

[x] Schedule a meeting with the Registry service lead.
[x] Collaborate to identify critical SLIs (e.g., response time, error rate).

Setting Realistic SLAs:

[x] Analyze historical performance data.
[x] Set realistic SLAs based on performance trends and user expectations.

Balancing Error Budget:

[x] Define an error budget that aligns with feature development goals.
[ ] Ensure a balance between feature development and system reliability.

Establish Monitoring and Alerting:

[x] Implement monitoring and alerting systems for identified SLIs.
[x] Ensure proper configuration for timely alerts.

Discussion and Finalization:

[ ] Schedule a team meeting to discuss SLA and error budget details.
[ ] Finalize agreements and document them for reference.
