Document feature mapping of ACM #4773

Describe the issue To have a successful PoC of ACM we need to map out what features it provides and how that maps to other tools we already have. We should also detail the capabilities of each of those tools / features so we know if ACM is a fulsome replacement.

What is the Value/Impact? A roadmap for a clear PoC

What is the plan? How will this get completed? Steven to work with Plat Svcs to read the ACM docs and document the features and describe the mapping.
