Card sorting activity with SME's for tech docs #4849

Describe the issue As an UX content strategist I want to create an open card sorting exercise with SME (Platform admins and developers of the Private Cloud team) that allows us to review the current structure of our tech doc pages and their categories so that we are able to provide our community of developers and platform users a better user experience to find solutions to their technical problems or potential lack of information to operate their applications in a secure and compliant manner.

What is an open card sort? With an open card sort, participants sort a list of items into groups that make sense to them. Participants are free to assign whatever names they want to the groups they’ve created.

Additional context This is a two part activity, first one is with internal team: The card sorting activity allows the SME's/ developers to have a high overview of the current amount of pages in our tech docs and will come together to discuss and arrange the subjects to either confirm current naming category

Potential future second part: With the help of Service design team, the card sorting activity with be a closed card sorting activity that will allow users of the platforms to confirm or not the previously researched with internal team.

What is a closed card sort? With a closed card sort, participants sort a list of items into predefined categories. They cannot update category names or add additional categories.

How does this benefit the users of our platform? This allows us to include UX content design in our tech docs and help our users understand our tech docs and how to easily find the information they are looking for to solve their problems or clarify information.
