Section: Add: Monitor user-defined projects using Alertmanager Page is out of date and needs to be expanded now that Alertmanager is working

Add: direct api access to Prometheus - with this https://access.redhat.com/solutions/7002863?

[ ] Review current content (valid, up to date?)
[ ] Rewrite content
[ ] Send to Pilar for review (if possible at least 2 days before sprint review date - coordinate work)
[ ] Send for additional peer review
[ ] Publish and create new build

Additionally, please work on Add: direct api access to Prometheus - with this https://access.redhat.com/solutions/7002863?

This was asked because a query was posed regarding this https://stackoverflow.developer.gov.bc.ca/questions/277 Prometheus part probably needs in lab environment and document first.
