Make necessary changes to 201 course to allow self-paced learning.

Future tickets for this epic:

Content rework of lab exercises
Publishing of recordings from OpenShift 201 training
Creation of rocketchat channel to support learning
Creation of documentation to describe how to begin this training, set up a temporary namespace etc.
