Describe the issue Take notes for "Hosting at a Glance" user testing interviews.

Additional context Done at Olena's request - Khurrum is leading the interviews (ticket for his side is on Public Cloud board)

Helps make sure our content is accessible
Part of a larger project to ensure that POs are making informed decisions when it comes to hosting.

[ ] All interviews completed and notes are taken
