Definition of done

[ ] Document in general what DHCP check means for on-call.
[ ] Document in detail how to troubleshoot, provide scripts.
[ ] QA all of the above and get PR approval.

This is going into the advsol-docs Monitoring.md file where the other docs about custom Nagios check are going. Troubleshooting steps will be included there along with helpful scripts or one-liners.
