Prepare network policies for CrunchyDB in NSX clusters #4964

Describe the issue Additional NetworkPolicies are required to get a CrunchyDB instance to work in the NSX clusters.

What is the Value/Impact? We cannot use CrunchyDB in Emerald until we have network policies compatible with NSX.

What is the plan? How will this get completed? Create a test deployment of Crunchy in KLAB2 and develop NetworkPolicies that it to work properly. Apply those policies to the Helm chart for automatic creation in NSX clusters.
