Describe the issue
The GitHub organization 'bcgov-c' has been moved into the enterprise account and will have SSO enabled soon. All users will have to be linked to an IDIR, including non-human users, and any SSH keys will also have to be linked to a linked user.
What is the Value/Impact?
The move to the enterprise org has already happened and SSO will be enabled. This has to happen.
What is the plan? How will this get completed?
Identify any github service accounts
Prepare to link each service account to its own IDIR account - there can be just one github account linked to one IDIR account
Identify any SSH keys used by platform repos and prepare to either link them with SSO or to replace them with a key owned by the org
Identify any dependencies
